The APSIN6000 is a compact high performance signal sweep generator with frequency coverage from 9KHz to 6.5GHz, milli-Hz resolution and power range up to +13dBm. It combines excellent signal quality with fast switching. An internal OCXO reference guaranteed high stability.

Both APSIN3000 and APSIN6000 can be used for laboratory analog signal generator, production test, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), EMC testing and field application such as test transmitter for cellular coverage testing.
